I recently stayed at Duc Huy Grand and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed by the exceptional service and attention to detail. The manager, Mr. Tuan, not only addressed my concerns about cleanliness promptly but also personally ensured that I was comfortable throughout my stay. The spacious room with a luxurious bathtub and hot/cold shower made me feel like royalty. Additionally, the hotel's proximity to a supermarket was convenient and the staff's kindness and helpfulness truly stood out. I was pleasantly surprised by the thoughtful gesture of a 'goody bag' for my journey back to Hanoi. Duc Huy Grand exceeded all my expectations and I cannot wait to return for another wonderful experience.
